On a whim today I decided to make cookies. No, I didn’t have a recipe, nor did I know what type I was going to make. On an inspection of the pantry I came to the conclusion that the only ingredients I had to put into my ad hoc recipe were peanut butter and cocoa. I figured I’d use my memory of what the texture of a good cookie mixture should feel like and aim for that.
Well… The cookies that I managed to make were (by accident, I assure you) delicious. They turned out just slightly crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside (the perfect cookie texture, as we all know). In order that I don’t forget what I did anymore than I already have, here is an approximation of the recipe:
